Best wishes to CIT's Vincent Forde, Third Year Mechanical Engineering Student and participant in Rubicon's Student Inc Summer 2015, who has been shortlisted as one of 18 semi-finalists from 143 nationwide entries in the Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow 2016 Competition.

Vincent presented his project on improving patient safety in the clinical environment in the Semi-finals in Dublin on Wednesday.

The 18 semi-finalists are to be further whittled down to just 6 finalists in this highly competitive and prestigious national competition - the finals taking place on March 2nd.

The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate student and recent graduates.

Congratulations to Vincent - a major achievement already for a third year undergraduate student achieving a highly sought after spot in the semi-finals competing against a very large entry of hugely competitive teams of post-graduate students and graduates.

We wish Vincent all the best in the competition - he has already done CIT proud in reaching the Semi-Finals.
