Enterprise Society

The Enterprise Society provides an inspiring and creative environment to allow students to develop any business ideas they may have.
We offer advice and resources to help any potential ideas progress forward through the various business stages. This is done through competitions and networking events where students can exchange skills and opportunities.

There are a variety of events that are run throughout the year including competitions that award cash prizes! Check out our Facebook page for more details!

The STEM Innovation and Enterprise Society was set up to promote, develop and encourage innovation and provide entrepreneurial insight and activities, specifically to STEM students, within the Faculty of Engineering and Science.

The main aims of the society are to promote entrepreneurship as a career choice throughout the Faculty of Engineering and Science, create connections between STEM courses and real-world enterprise and innovation opportunities and support and encourage students who currently have a business idea/product concept to develop same through to commercialisation.

The society plans to run enterprise workshops and events at various times throughout the year, with interested students being provided with opportunities by the STEM South-West Cluster that they could not otherwise access.
