CIT Innovative Desserts Competition

The CIT Innovative desserts competition is centered on the culinary students of CIT with guest judge Denise O'Callaghan from "Delicious". Denise went throught the PINC programme in the Rubicon center and developed her gluten free dessert business. The top prize for this competition is a cookery demonstration and lunch for two will also be up for grabs along with cash prizes for second and third place.
